Trinity Episcopal School is committed to the breadth of the Episcopal tradition in both unity and diversity. We strive to attract and admit a student body that reflects the greater Charlotte community, both socio-economically and culturally. The application for financial aid has no bearing on admission to Trinity Episcopal School.
- Trinity has a need-based financial aid program made possible, in part, by our Together for Trinity Fund. All students (K-8) are eligible to apply for financial assistance. In 2018-19 we awarded $1.9 million in financial assistance to more than 27% of our students. Financial awards are based on demonstrated need as assessed by the School & Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS). SSS provides, at the request of parents, a financial analysis based on the confidential Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS).
- We consider a family’s contribution based upon the evaluation completed by the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS) of the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS).
- Applicant parents must complete and submit your family’s income tax forms, including all schedules, W-2 forms, 1099 forms, as well as a copy of the Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS) to the Student Service of Financial Aid by the deadline in March 2020.
