Advancement at Trinity
The phenomenal success of Trinity Episcopal School would not have been possible without the support of many – from those early supporters who believed in the idea of an Episcopal school for Charlotte and the founding members of the Board to students, parents, grandparents, teachers, staff and friends of the School. The development of Trinity has been and will continue to be dependent on the generosity of the entire Greater Charlotte community.
Over time, the concept of "development" in independent schools has come to be synonymous with fund raising. We believe a more fitting definition of development is “the meaningful involvement of people in the achievement of our mission and vision for the future of Trinity Episcopal School.” At Trinity, we embrace the broader notion of school advancement – engaging the entire community in all that we do to build life-long relationships and to move the School continuously forward. Development, albeit critically important in providing the financial resources to give the School its ethos, is but one aspect of the overall advancement of Trinity’s educational program.
Trinity places high value on each of three facets of the "giving trinity" – time, talent and treasure. Each is essential in order to sustain a strong and vibrant school community and to provide the highest quality education for our students. We welcome your participation in the advancement of Trinity Episcopal School. For more information, please contact the Advancement Office at 704.358.8101.
