Rates and Fees

There are various rates and fees related to the services provided by Extended Day. These fees, explained below, have been designed to be as equitable and as low as possible. Before reading further, please take a minute to note that all fees are fixed rates that begin at sign-in. We do not charge by the hour or prorate fees. Monthly invoices will reflect all appropriate charges.

 

Extended Day

Monthly Rates:

              5pm Dismissal:                  $245 per month

              6pm Dismissal:                  $350 per month

 

Drop-In Fees:

              $10 for sports participants not picked up immediately upon conclusion of practice or game

              $25 regular fee

 

Early Dismissal Care

Fees for early dismissal care are incorporated into the monthly rates listed above. There is no additional charge.

 

Enrichment and Vacation Care

Fees for enrichment classes and vacation care (vary depending upon the program offered) are not included in monthly rates. These fees will appear as a separate charge on your monthly billing statements.

 

School Day Dismissal

Trinity provides care for younger siblings of students being dismissed at later carpool times. There is no charge for this care until 3:45pm. Children who are not picked up at this time will be signed in to TED as daily participants and the daily drop-in rate will be charged.

 

Carpool

At the end of dismissal, if a child is not picked up in the carpool lane within 10 minutes of his/her designated dismissal time, s/he will be signed into the Extended Day program. Once a child is signed into TED, a drop-in charge of $25 will be assessed. In the case of entire carpools being brought to TED, all children in the carpool will be registered and the business office will bill individual families accordingly.

 

Late Fees

A late fee will be assessed if a child is picked up after his/her scheduled departure time. The following charges will take effect (a five-minute grace period is applied): 6-15 minutes late: $35; 16-30 minutes late: $50; 30 minutes or more: $100.

All families will be billed accordingly.
